The residents, laid back, pay rate, close to home, flexible hours, easy to adapt, connecting with the residents, etc

Inconvénients

Some of the ppl, some of the duties, bad communication and by alot of rumors.

They sucked hired a lot of abusers, the Lead managers all sucked and nothing ever got done properly…
