Admin at all levels will bend over backwards to appease parents, which means there are inconsistent consequences/expectations and a sense of entitlement amongst kids and parents. Central office admin generally don't care about teachers and the Superintendent is the biggest narcissist I've ever met. He frequently makes degrading comments to staff and during the pandemic made it clear he thinks masks don't work and kids don't catch Covid. Teachers received many snarky emails from central office admin during this time.
