unlimited PTO (really), work/life balance (they empower the employees to manage our own time as long as we are reliable teammates, communicate to our clients, and execute excellently for the client and do what's best for embark), focus on culture (monthly social events, bookclub, use of slack messaging system, etc), free benefits
Inconvénients
It is a young company so there are growing pains, policies may not be strictly in place (bad if thats not what you're used to), no annual bonus although compensation is competitive
