All recent positive reviews are given by people from management just to increase the rating in Glassdoor for new hiring. So many cons are there, below are just a few of them 1. Extreme level of work pressure. You may need to work 16hrs a day, 7 days a week, that too without any compensation, because they will prove it any way that you are not efficient by giving you works from other domains that you know nothing about. 2. Unrealistic project deadlines, if you meet that then it's the manager's effort, if you don't meet that then it's all your fault. 3. Management is always biased toward some particular persons. So it doesn't matter if that biased person is right or wrong, you will not be heard at all. 4. There is no learning opportunity or career growth. 5. Managers keep changing their color, you can never trust your manager here. 6. Working with ancient technologies 7. Salary hike is like peanut but good for those who keep oiling the management 8. Too much micromanagement 9. No proper planning for new projects, in the end, there will be a mess out of it, and unworthy people from management will only blame developers 10. No job security is there. They can fire any employee at any time without any notice period. But if that same employee wants to leave the company, then they will need to serve 90 days notice period even if there are no urgent deliveries. 11. All experienced people left the company as they will keep comparing freshers and experienced people without knowing anything about the technologies they are working on. 12. Don't join this company as this company is already sold and for freshers, there is mandatory 2 years bond for every fresher.
