      Avantages

      Very healthy work environment. Excellent business culture/values and management is top notch. Flex hours, team work, benefits ... and more. We are treated as humans and individuals and the whole company work well as a team from C levels to co-op students. Building is A+ and everything is new. Lots of money invested to make us comfortable.

      Inconvénients

      I don't have any thing bad to say about this company and I have been working here for 4+ years.

      Avantages

      Small enough that you matter but big enough that you aren't working with a startup. Excellent leadership that know how to take good care of their staff.

      Inconvénients

      Some things are still done manually but I doubt there's a company out there that couldn't benefit from improvement.
