      A great culture, great work/life balance, and progressive policies and management. Overall, a great place to work, and further one's career

      Inconvénients

      As with all higher education, downward pressure on tuition leads to downward pressure on salaries, and cuts in staffing. Sometimes asked to do more than the compensation was worth.

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
