      Meaningful work being able to help people reach educational goals.

      Inconvénients

      Difficulty achieving goals as targets were always moving. Mostly military student body made recruitment and meeting enrollment expectations challenging

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
