Avantages
Excellent benefits in our area and same for all employees - this includes limited free tuition and escalating paid time off. For flight employees, the pay and benefits are unparalleled anywhere in higher education or flight training, and the benefits are great even for airline employees.
Inconvénients
The pay isn't very high when compared to similar job descriptions...but not bad for our area. Also, since it's a university, the advancement options are few unless you're a professor or a PhD/EdD.
