      Lots of similar-minded people, decent benefits (but not pay), always fun events on campus or around town.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is far less then industry average.

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
