      Upper management never pays any attention to medial workers, felt like we didn't exist to them. It was very demoralizing.

      Avantages

      Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
