      Top notch developers, new facilities, opportunity to build something and be part of a start-up organization

      Inconvénients

      Just little things that come with a new, start-up organization. (i.e. undefined processes, growing pains, etc. ) but those could also be pros as well.

      Avantages

      They handled all of the "red tape" regarding contracts for me. They checked in regularly but infrequently and assured me I could reach out if needed..

      Inconvénients

      Contracting. May not be a good fit if you don't like or want to work contracting.
