The so called owner of EmergTech "Balaji" is a no. 1 Bloodsucker among all Bloodsuckers...He puts a Consultant on a Project and would never release his pay until 3-4 months, and every time gives same excuse that "the client has not paid yet" and if you provide a proof to him that the Client has paid all amount in full, then he release a small amount of it, now he finds some other way to cut the payment, a very good incident is, they (EmergTech) provides a Laptop (a real cheap one from Toshiba around $400 value) to work on Client place, and at the end of the project when a Consultant sends the Laptop back to EmergTech's office @ Farmington Hills, MI with a certified/tracking ground mail by UPS, he sings the mail and receives it, and when you follow up with him he says the Laptop is not working properly, when you follow up with him 2nd time he says he never received it and it has been stolen in front of his office gate and he filled a police complain, up-till that is also ok, but when you ask for your payment deducting the amount of the Laptop, he stops giving reply and never releases any amount.
And this was not happened only with me, I checked with other Consultant as well who was working with EmergTech and when he (other Consultant) left the project, Balaji from EmergTech also did not pay him for the last one month and kept on giving excuses.
So, please be aware of this kind of thief Consulting Firm and never invest your Future, Time & Hardwork after this EmergTech company.
