There's a consistent expectation of working overtime without any compensation, with little regard for the well-being of employees, both mentally and physically. The leadership positions are all difficult to work with. This includes unprofessionalism, incompetence, and instances of abusive behaviour. There's also a large language barrier with non-native English speakers (which makes up the majority of the company) that made communication even more difficult.
