      - brilliant colleagues - my manager is super supportive and always goes out of his way to help - great commission scheme, if you bill well - excellent Managing director - easy to use CRM

      Inconvénients

      - not the best company if you aren't experienced or a trainee - targets are high - little to no marketing for clients

      Avantages

      Transparent terms Easily to manage booking system and nice internet plataform. They make it easier to move from one post to the next.

      Inconvénients

      So far I have not encountered any specific to this agency. It is an agency, so in general to move on to work on a permanent basis for a shcool the school would either need to pay a fee or extend the agreement with the agency for a fixed duration.
