      Avantages

      Excellent pay given work load. Very strong technical organisation - engineering centric. Substantial employment security. Work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Unions. Moving the business' orientation around. Successes often claimed by senior management with little recognition. Very much a club - unions in the blue collar, professional unions in the technical side. Lack of career development.
