We were a multi-national company but were run like a series of highly empowered teams irrespective of borders input was heard and acted upon.

The company was no longer growing in terms of making acquisitions and were simply developing smaller assets from years past.

Enerplus knows how to master culture. It made a huge difference in the office moral. I wanted to show up every day and do my best because they truly made it an enjoyable place to be.
