      Avantages

      Small Entrepreneurial company with good customer base and solid technology partners.

      Inconvénients

      PE came in and became impatient on growth forcing lots of changes to management structure. Focus became to0 heavy on increasing margins thru price increases and additional requirement on customers - MOQ's, leadtimes, etc. Company would not adjust processes/core business structure to expand markets/new customers.

      Avantages

      Most of the people are very nice and great to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Ownership and the management team is arrogant and self-centered. It is all for them and all about them. If you not "in' with them and on the ownership / upper management team, you are a second class individual and they can barely with hold the contempt they have for you. Sad.
