      Good benefits and hours. Pleasant working environment. Laid back dress code. Training of new employees is good. Friendly co-workers and supervisors.

      A job! Not a career.

      Inconvénients

      No structure, no pay common sense! No productivity acknowledgement. Overtime notices getting posted last minute like people don't have lives. Boss doesn't know what he wants and changes his mind constantly.
