Day one of your job happens to also be your financial ceiling (apart from the 30% tax ruling) regardless of any future performance. Firm bent on forcing the insanity of South African corporate culture onto individuals who specifically emigrated AWAY from said culture. Belittling of employees, who wish to discuss issues within the company, with childish name-calling and insults - both verbal and in internal emails. HR-related services only available two days of the week. Hard luck if you need anything urgently.
