Avantages

Fun opportunities to work in the entertainment industry. Many talented people to collaborate with and learn from. Great downtown location. Good vacation day allowance. Coffee and snacks provided.

Inconvénients

Salaries are drastically below industry-standard. Raises, if received, are insignificant. Departments are cut and employees are laid off on a regular basis. There’s no incentive to work hard or think big. Upper management is weak and disloyal. Human Resources department is impersonal.
