Great place to work but... - Avis employé Director Entertainment One

Unfortunately, I had a manager that created a toxic workplace. I didn't realise it at the time as I was too absorbed in my work because I was working late hours with no support. I was undermined, ignored and micromanaged. Members of the team were not treated equally. I was perceived as a problem because I took pride in the work of the team, I cared about the big picture, the small details. The constant increasing pressure made supporting the team in the way I would like very difficult for me to achieve. I was let down by a leader who was out of their depth, offered no support, quick to blame and offer no opinions or solutions.
