Laid Back and flexible - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Enviro Tech

Job is laid back and had flexible hours since all the locations are mostly clinics and offices, pretty much no one is there after office hours. Just jam to some music and do your job. My manager Jesse, was laid back about when I came in to start my shift. Some days I choose to start at 5pm, some days I choose to come in at 10pm. As long as I got it done before the location opened up he had no issue with it, just make sure you communicate with them. I don't imagine full-time having that luxury. If you I wanted more hours, there was plenty of work to pick up. I was never forced to work extra hours if I didn't want to.
