Envision was one of the best companies I've ever worked for. A lot of employee recognition, a lot of open communication, and a ton of support for me when I left. Everyone was so kind and helpful both on my transition in and out of the company.

Main HQ in New Jersey when a lot of contracts are in Maryland, so upper management has to travel kind of far to see people in person

I worked for Envision for about a year. I highly enjoyed working for them. They are a great small, private company that has great future potential. They care deeply about their employees and everyone is known by their name; even the owner is highly interactive. They pay very, very well (I think it's because they don't have the layers of management that many large companies have). The only reason why I left was because the project I was working on wasn't for me and they didn't have a different project to put me on.

Very small and only have a few projects to work, however they are growing every year and winning more and more contracts every year so that shouldn't be an issue in the near future.
