Avantages
The people are friendly and helpful, Casual dress, Free Soda and Coffee, plenty of technology to overload your brain with. A couple techs work here that are very bright and very helpful.
Inconvénients
Training could be improved, can be overwhelming sometimes because of short staff, making work constantly busy, turn over rate looks like it might be on the rise. Have to support dated technologies and new technologies all at same time. Low pay rate for what they expect out of you, no advancement, healthcare benefit is more for singles. Retirement plan is almost a joke.
