Company was purchased by Epsilon and was bounced around in different divisions... Total lack of direction or planning. Pay is low. New upper management doesn't seem to get our industry and is completely changing what we once did - the people don't matter, it's just bodies and numbers to them. If you are out of the inner San Diego circle you don't seem to matter much.
