      Competitive market, average sales people will not thrive here. Need to be a closer both sales and clinical

There have been some bumps along the way, but we have placed a huge emphasis on listening to and acting on feedback from our team members- whether it’s a great idea to improve our culture or product, or a critique that inspires us to find a better way of doing things.
