Avantages

Its my first job, I was fascinated by the name of the company.... My thoughts have led me to a disaster. thing of good is not acceptable over here. My friends laugh at my misery. This is my last day at Ericsson, at last I am again living in the free world....I always think why I had ever joined ericsson when there were so many other opportunities. Let me tell you that I now have a job with a salary 100% more than that I was getting in Ericsson. My advice to all is No to Ericsson, Yes to any other company else than ericsson.............

Inconvénients

The management is highly incompetent. Nothing is good over here. Work environment is rubbish. Promotions are like having two moons in the sky and if you manage to go to MARS the management would be willing to give you a promotion to pluto. Annual pay rise is less than 20% officially, actual is 3%. Achievements of any sort are discouraged. Performance awards are always for the Management (For keeping the Modern slaves tied up). An important point to note is that no one is willing to join yet people leave in dozens. Trainings are simply not available and if you still manage to get some training out of ericsson you would be bonded for one and a half year, i.e., you can't leave........

Avantages

-Technological superior to most other companies with use of AI and promising future tech/programs -benefits and pay are very competetive -room for professional growth and advancement if you know how to work in a corporate environment -resume development and professional advancement

Inconvénients

-leadership ideology doesnt match the company/CEOs mission statement or belief (company is said to be all for safety yet leaders get put in charge and quickly dismantle and lay off 3 quarters of the safety department) -Leadership changes structure to benefit themselves by having all support functions report to them instead of the CEO, this ensures all support functions take a back seat to production and financial gain to include their employees well being -Company restructured and reorganizes very often while showing no loyalty to the employees who work hard and want to stay, this leads to turn over of great employees.
