Avantages

brand name. This is global company so encourages you to travel and work in other locations to understand their culture. They have very strong culture and influence. They run company pretty much flat structure, open culture and encouraging innovation. They also allow you to travel. Big pocket book with the company. They have many product line, so if one bores you then you have plenty of other new technologies to work on. Different positions are also available. They tend not to lay off people very easily, so it is kinda secure. They are pretty good at moving projects internally.

Inconvénients

this place was previously entrisphere. bought by ericsson. so it lacks ericsson culture. No respect for individual people's work. The CEO of entrisphere says that its no sacrifice that employees have to come on weekend, long weekends and holidays to work. Really demotivation for all. Since it is european company, there is no stock options. Their ESPP is pretty lame. Like other european companies, the bonus is pretty lame. Since it is more of an socialist kind of structure, so they share the profit no matter how hard work you do during the year. Overall I recommend you to join American company.

Avantages

-Technological superior to most other companies with use of AI and promising future tech/programs -benefits and pay are very competetive -room for professional growth and advancement if you know how to work in a corporate environment -resume development and professional advancement

Inconvénients

-leadership ideology doesnt match the company/CEOs mission statement or belief (company is said to be all for safety yet leaders get put in charge and quickly dismantle and lay off 3 quarters of the safety department) -Leadership changes structure to benefit themselves by having all support functions report to them instead of the CEO, this ensures all support functions take a back seat to production and financial gain to include their employees well being -Company restructured and reorganizes very often while showing no loyalty to the employees who work hard and want to stay, this leads to turn over of great employees.
