      Avantages

      great work life balance provided to workers. erste will invest great deal of time and money into employee training. it is a relaxed working environment with reasonable management team .

      Inconvénients

      limited advancement opportunities due to existing nepotism . women do not get equal treatment in respect to career advancement and access to management jobs.

      Generally friendly colleagues and a collaborative atmosphere. Offers a range of employee benefits, which add value to the overall compensation. Good work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Difficult to progress within the company, leading to feelings of stagnation. Raises are hard to come by, particularly in light of inflation, making it tough to maintain financial stability. Annual reviews often feel insufficient, with little feedback on how to improve or advance.
