Avantages
You can try yourself in different areas within the company, either in your home country or in foreign branches, as well. They have a program which helps the rotation and opens up new career opportunities. New product ideas are always welcome, the working environment is very friendly. Once you are accepted, they count on you on the long term.
Inconvénients
In the last couple of years, the approval process of a new product became heavily bureaucratic and it might slow down the development of your area. Also, the decision making and responsibility was spread between too many departments (similar to other banks) and you have to sit in seemingly endless meetings until a small change in the operation can be implemented.
