      Love the culture, access to key players, everything feels like a team approach. Work is hard, but consistent with property management. Love feeling appreciated!

      Inconvénients

      Smaller teams on sites is tough. Never a break for on call maintenance!

      Culture is not progressive. No training. No resources. Upper Management lacks integrity. Harassment is common.
