      They try to engage employees with optimum effort They have telecom excellence academy for leadership and management, technical and business areas They try to use important tools like kaizen and BSC

      Inconvénients

      They sometimes do things just for the sake of doing The follow up is weak and shallow Now that other operators are joining the competition may be tough for them
