      Avantages

      Great benefits and a great culture. Get to manage accounts for billion dollar sports brands and work with high-level staffers at teams. A great opportunity for growth and you are given quite a bit of responsibility from the start.

      Inconvénients

      At times can be micromanaged. Executives have high expectations (which is good), but can underestimate the significance of tasks and workload.

      Avantages

      This company has a lot of momentum and room for growth. The company and its leaders are simply good at what they do. The office is awesome and most employees are young and energetic. The pay is fair and you are able to negotiate based on performance.

      Inconvénients

      Bosses can be micro-managers (as is the case with EVERY medium sized company), but if you respectfully communicate they will respond well and respect boundaries.
