      Work from home. People are nice.

      Inconvénients

      Vacation policies are extremely old for the US. Only 2 weeks a year no matter how long you work there. Software tools randomly get uninstalled, licenses revoked. Zero matching 401K.

      Avantages

      I got a young & energetic team to work with (hope you will get the same). Everything is automated (thanks to the HR portal), no need to send n-number of emails for leave requests! The musical environment (yes, Holly/Bolly/Kolly/& All-Ly of your wish) offers a good mind to concentrate more on work.

      Inconvénients

      Cons: Deeply searching for it, yet I couldn’t find any as of now!
