Lead recruiter pay is great at 40% of all billing after your first $50k each quarter. If you work hard and are good at your job you make a lot of money. Inconvénients
The base is low, the option for a slightly higher base after you move up the ranks or even taking out a small draw would be nice. The company does not have the best name in the industry because many bad recruiters have soiled it. Better training early on in terms of how to properly deal with clients would help protect brand name and allow recruiters to gain more business
