      Avantages

      Benefits are great, they also provide performance bonuses which are very good. The leaders in the PM area are very good as well.

      Inconvénients

      Main customer nitpicks and the company does not back up their people when the customer crosses the line. Work life balance is very hard to maintain because of the high complexity work plus a customer that is always asking for more.
