      Management really cares about creating a productive, fulfilling, and safe space for their team. Whether that is through proper training, making sure the team is not overwhelmed or making sure the team is satisfied with their workload, etc. Benefits including, Remote Work, Unlimited PTO, Weekly Virtual Yoga, Team Bonding outings, healthcare and more.

      Avantages

      -The majority of co-workers are willing to help you -Exposure to customers located all over the world -Plenty of opportunities to learn new skills

      Inconvénients

      -The company was acquired by a larger one (PROS) who was already struggling -The new management determined that a round of layoffs was needed, even when our organization was not causing the problem
