      Avantages

      They are more inclined to put workers on contract than some other leisure operators

      Inconvénients

      Inexperienced and emotionally unintelligent managers that create tolerate a toxic work environment, driven by bias, reliant on exploiting under-18 workers. Underpinned by cronyism.

      Avantages

      Large company with options to relocate around the country, if you wanted to. Very good with health and safety procedures, majority of processes ready to be implemented.

      Inconvénients

      Very sales driven. Targets, KPIs and profits are prioritised over colleagues and members. Sales team expected to give up personal time on end of month. You're expected to check and respond to emails when you're off or on annual leave. The company is very clique, you don't really progress unless you know someone in a senior role. Salary is always advertised as 'competitive' however, the pay doesn't justify the work you're required to do, or the extra time you work without pay. It's frown upon to claim for time worked outside of your contracted hours. There is no such thing as work life balance: you're expected to work day all the time and not be paid for it.
