      Avantages

      You meet a lot of different people from all walks of life. You do have the opportunity to travel paid by the company.

      Inconvénients

      They will say ANYTHING to get you take the job. They will lie and manipulate you to make you believe you are the problem, that you are not dedicated enough or not owner material if you don’t do exactly as they say. BECAREFUL what you sign if you decide to join this CULT! You sign a legal document agreeing to take care of all legal matters in house. Sexual harassment is not taken as seriously as they will make you think. They brainwash you and make you spend your money for to sake of team building and TONS OF GAS MONEY. You will be driving all over the DFW area without any compensation. Depending on the team you’re put on, you’re every waking moment you are expected to be working without additional compensation. The culture of the men in the office is horrific towards women. If they aren’t willing to do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING they’re not core material and they are shunned, or tormented until they fold or decide to leave the company. Do not let these people get in your head. Make your money but don’t allow them to BRAINWASH you!

      Hi Reviewer. We try to be as upfront as possible during the hiring process about the sales work that we do, and we understand that it is challenging that is not for everyone. We're not sure about the legal document you are claiming exists. We take all claims of harassment very seriously and encourage anyone with claims or issues to bring them up to management immediately. We provide gas cards and bonus incentives to cover any business expenses and encourage our sales representatives to keep accurate records for their tax preparation. It's tough for us to resolve issues when they are brought up anonymously, after the fact, in an online forum. We encourage anyone with questions about our business practices prior to, during, or after employment to contact us directly for an immediate resolution.       Avantages

      Evolution Development group has a great team of leaders who give very fun hands on training to everyone that joins the team. It’s the most fun I’ve ever had in a job and the pay is great !

      I have no complaints !

      Avantages

      People are nice enough, or at least they act nice enough, honestly hard to tell since everyone is a salesperson

      Inconvénients

      Pretty much the job itself, sure they train you for it, but if you cant keep up with them, they will just let you go. They talk big about how everyone looks out for each other, yet if you cant make a sale or if you need more time to practice the skills needed, theyll quite litetally just drop you and move on.
