Avantages
* Good salary * Nice atmosphere in the office, supportive colleagues. * The best and the most supportive inside sales director (Anca). The most genuine person you will ever meet she is amazing and will do anything she can to support you and help, always reachable and so much fun to be around. She will make you love sales ❤️
Inconvénients
* Office presence * weekly calls with the Ceo on almost same topics. It gets very boring sometimes. * A lot of problems/ issues arises with Territory managers when closing the deals not following up and letting opportunities slip. * Brand awareness and recognition, ExaGrid is not a very known company yet so the struggle of selling the product is a little hard.
