Some really cool people.... Some. But be careful this place thrives off gossip. Good view, location is on point. Close to trains.
Inconvénients
Some people think that respect is automatic, it's not. It's earned. This place is a JOKE. It is by far the worst job in all of Chicago. What you read is true all the good reviews were bought. Not with money though, with star bucks gift cards. The pay sucks, the training doesn't exists. The product doesn't work. The commission/ draw is made up. People are getting smart, and leaving this company. Doesn't matter they hire 8-10 new dudes every Monday. I could go on,and on for days about this place, but it's a waste of time. This place is NOT moral. It is NOT ethical. It's bad business in every way you can think. There are some good people that work there. A few managers who make the job tolerable. In the long run you will find out how bad this job is, and when you do...quit. And when you start working for a legit company, You can breath a sigh of relief, and appreciate the learning experience....and smile because you never have to work at Exact Data again.
