      Avantages

      Great Location, free bagels on Fridays, and Popeyes once a month. Fairly laid back environment.

      Inconvénients

      The training they give you is a joke compared to any other sales gig. You're in training for about 1/2 a day and then they throw you on the phones. Compensation is very poor and its on a draw system. Basically, unless you're a top 5% sales person, you wont see any additional income other than the crappy 25k they start you out. Do not recommend anyone as you will just waste your time while looking for another job.

      They will literally hire anyone so if you NEED a job this will be a good bridge between places

      Inconvénients

      When you are first hired, you are expected to make 100+ calls a day and cycle through old company leads that didn't purchase data until you can make 6 sales in which you get 2 months to do so? But thats it. Once you get promoted you never actually get commission unless you find a wale client and event then some of the most talented people have left because every time you make commission the goal gets pushed ever further so ensure they don't have to pay you out.
