      It is what you make of it. You're the master of your domain and you'll need to put in the effort to be successful. If you want to put in the minimum, it probably won't be a good fit.

      They will literally hire anyone so if you NEED a job this will be a good bridge between places

      Inconvénients

      When you are first hired, you are expected to make 100+ calls a day and cycle through old company leads that didn't purchase data until you can make 6 sales in which you get 2 months to do so? But thats it. Once you get promoted you never actually get commission unless you find a wale client and event then some of the most talented people have left because every time you make commission the goal gets pushed ever further so ensure they don't have to pay you out.
