      Avantages

      - You learn a lot about sales - Bagels every Friday - Casual work environment - Excellent Benefits

      Inconvénients

      - Pay was terrible, was not a base but draw salary - Most of the leads are over called recycles - A lot of the live leads didn't qualify for the budget - The product was very tough to sell, a lot of leads did not know how to do an email blast. Makes it harder to sell.

      They will literally hire anyone so if you NEED a job this will be a good bridge between places

      Inconvénients

      When you are first hired, you are expected to make 100+ calls a day and cycle through old company leads that didn't purchase data until you can make 6 sales in which you get 2 months to do so? But thats it. Once you get promoted you never actually get commission unless you find a wale client and event then some of the most talented people have left because every time you make commission the goal gets pushed ever further so ensure they don't have to pay you out.
