Avantages
Had some good people, once great international network and potentially good products. Huge potential for improvement.
Inconvénients
Organisation lulled itself into believing it had a unique proposition between 2007-2010, didn't take advantage of what could have been built with Synergy product. No stable management, between May 2010 and July 2012 there were 4 holders of the CEO office, this led to fire fighting and no strategy. Lack of strategy and position it found itself in during 2012 means the most likely outcome can only be growth.
