Avantages
- Very high rates of pay (but they certainly expect a pound of flesh in return)
- Nice offices - very central
- Good incentives
Inconvénients
- Very long contracted hours with little/no break time. Looked negatively if one of the early leavers, so you tend to have to stay until after 7pm most eves.
- Very poor work/life balance
- Very kpi based envronment with little/no direction from above
- Too many management meetings and nothing filtered down to us at grass roots level which did not help moral
- Was a very hire/fire environment while I was there across all levels and many colleagues moved on (should look at number or people who previously worked at this co on linkedin - that will give away staff trunover rate
- Very heavy expectation and zero tolerance
- As consultant, was expected to format own cv;s as well as do all admin which was very time consuming and not good use of time. No secretarial or admin support
- Feeling of being watched/monitored at all times through stats and very little support
- Other than basic and bonus and incentives, no other perks like pension, healthcare, car etc..
- Very poor mangement from very top down
