Perspective commerciale
Avantages
- the people that I worked with daily were amazing - before we were acquired by IBM it felt like we were really helping to improve healthcare and hospitals trusted our expertise - it was an exhilarating start-up culture
Inconvénients
- top line leadership was horrible both pre and post acquisition - post-acquisition it seems like all of our client relationships went downhill and were at risk - I had 5 different managers in the 1+ years I was there - we were always pressured to build hacky solutions to "save" client relationships, which was fun until you had to manage them for the long-term
