Inconvénients
The place is horrible to keep you over time as starter, because all the hard work like heavy duty things(complicated work)will be assign to you as a starter. You do get paid well with overtime(1.5) but it is underpaid since there are too much work. It is lack of management because all of the older employee works over time when they are there shopping online and they keep eyes on you and will not let you relax a little at work.
