Free dinner every Friday, cute office space. High pressure/ busy through out the day, so time passed fast.
Inconvénients
Very typical Chinese toxic work environment….As a newbie they pile a lot of pressure, watches you like a hawk. I wasn’t able to stare at a chart for too long or else they started micromanaging me or staring at me weird. expects me to ask questions all the time but when I do ask questions to double check they start staring at me mean. coworkers will be nice at first to dig ur info and use that info against you later on or use it as personal attacks saying things like “ ur young but suffering memory loss?” . When I talked back to defend myself I became the problem, and I was targeted.
