Avantages
Wfh & office flexibility, No strict punch in & punch out time flexibility but more office politics. Month Last Friday is off. Lunch in house
Inconvénients
Company not doing anything great & lacks motive & future both unnecessary internal projects going on to just save job off old aged people and internal projects code quality is very poorly maintained & developed. TL's lack knowledge and don't code just give instructions that this should be done how they don't know. More orthodox & old aged people are just saving their jobs by making fool of management and CEO by running internal projects that are of no use and company is wasting fund and time on them rather than focusing on main aim & quality education.
